Darwin Cosme, Founder & Artistic Director
“I live from Music, I live the music, and the music lives in me. As a composer and conductor I feel the absolute responsibility to be fair to the music, to publicly raise its high and respective area, to make it accessible to humanity, who deserves it. Talking of Music is talking of the soul, is to speak of the world, it is to speak at all but speak with respect, commitment and responsibility and the same. As a musician I feel and is my duty to talk about the music, and what happens in it, truly. For this reason I mention Darwin Cosme Sánchez flutist who is undoubtedly what can be defined as a complete musician and artistic sublimity. Its interpretative perfection as much as technique is able to summon the magical atmosphere that guarantees not only excellent performance but also sublime. Cosme shines not only as an interpreter of his instrument but his artistic inhabits a wider width humility that makes it accessible as a human being and as an educator; a main feature of person. Cosme not only runs as Titan but with modesty and discipline shares, which makes it great. With great esteem and commitment I am happy to say that Darwin Cosme Sánchez, musician, educator and friend, is a model of what a musician should be.”
